I'm one of those unfortunate souls unable to get a GF ticket so will need to make alternate arrangements. Having just moved from Croydon to the lower Blue Mountains last week I've since discovered that I can't get channel 10. It isn't a reception issue, it's a Foxtel issue. Foxtel at Croydon was cable, the mountains is satellite. Apparently you can't pick up channels 7 or 10 with satellite.
Therefore I have three options - a) buy some rabbit ears and watch it through the telly, b) go to a pub and watch it there, or c) turn the mobile off, take the telephone off the hook, don't leave the house or answer the door, and don't watch telly until the Foxtel delayed telecast at 7pm.
Assuming that I could have problems with options a) and / or c) are there any RWO folk who know a good pub in the lower mountains area that is sure to be showing the game? Any assistance greatly appreciated.
