I'm always a little suspicious about the number of "superstar" midfielders there are in these Melbourne teams. The Geelong team confirmed what I suspected to some degree - Ling is exceptional, Kelly very good & the others solid.
Again, last night, my verdict - Del Santo & Harvey, take a bow - you're class. Others, take a ticket & get in line behind Kirk, Bolton, Williams, Buchanan and Ablett before you get a game with us (Ok, Luke Ball, we can probably find you a spot somewhere...you others stay where you are).
