Thanks for your advice guys.
Being an old fart, (according to Doormat), I therefore don't have a need for unconfuseme's condom, which may or may not be full of holes.
However a business plan constructed 10 years ago is still very valid in any business, assuming it is refined each and every year. That was my initial qualification, in case you missed it.
I too would love to hear how the other AFL club alliances are going. I hope that they are all as strong as ours.
Doormat ... we are not now "back on board with West Coast." The fact is, they never left us.
Tara ... thanks for pointing out to Doormat that the article was placed on the ECE website mid last week. I'm not sure which local paper he saw it in as they haven't been published yet this week. Perhaps the author (not me) should send it to them. And also to the East Coast section on the West Coast website.

As far as offering more info in my post than may have been raised, to be honest it just saves time. There was nothing in my post in this thread which hasn't been provided to this Forum many times before over recent years in response to similar questions and observations about East Coast.
And finally to The Duck, maybe you did read too much into "reading between the lines". You wouldn't expect me to tell you everything would you?
Too much work has been put into what has been achieved so far to not defend our position.
Merry Xmas to all readers.
