Did his same knee again, in training.

    That's really awful news.

Poor fella, such a champion footballer really needed by the Doggies on the ground fit and firing. At least he doesn't have to listen to Eade's dribble again for the second season running....

Very sad for Darce - man it must hurt to do yourself a season-ending mischief before the season's even started.

That really is a pity, he is a great player. Still they do say you need at least 12 months to recover from a knee reco...7 months is way too short a time. Glad we don't have that fitness crew at Sydney

Can only feel sorry for the man.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Gotta start building up fitness and 7 months to at least be doing some work isn't unreasonable. Just one of those freakish unfortunate things.

It will give the trainers a break though. Every time he takes a set shot at goal he throws his mouth guard away and expects the trainers to pick it up, rinse it off and give it back to him.I'd give it back to him alright

Still, they are having an impossibly good run with injury.
