Caro on the Agenda Setters last night, suggested Tom Harley would be a perfect fit for Andrew Dillon as his right hand man, which he currently doesn’t have. Tom could then be Andrew Dillon's eventual successor as AFL CEO.
In that case, who do you suggest takes over from Tom?

Yes, it was interesting that Cox stressed how poor the defensive effort was. Perhaps that might see a slight tweaking of the game style, with a bit more emphasis on inside combativeness, and maybe a preference for selecting players who are noted for their contested work, like Sheldrick, Adams and Cleary, rather than outside runners. Obviously you need both types of player, but I think there's a reasonable chance that there will be a change of balance.

So it seems to be a challenge for Jarrad, but I've generally found him quite impressive when being interviewed, so I suspect he might be up to it. And who knows, a successful season or two, might have him being talked about as a future AFL coach.

The Sydney Swans congratulate Charlie Gardiner on his appointment as the new Head of Football at the Collingwood Football Club.
