Bowman's mystery injury is apparently a calf injury and he's a test to return to the VFL team this week.
Losing Rampe to a calf strain for 4 weeks is not good, but it could be worse.
Slightly more encouraging is seeing all the "TBC" in the injury list replaced with actual times. Campbell is 8 weeks away and could be available for selection around the same time as Gulden. Wonder if it's related to Hetherton being a Cat B selection and club being denied a selection in the midseason draft by the AFL, under their current rules?
I'm expecting miminal changes, if any at all after learning of Rampe's injury.
Selectors may toy with in giving Snell his debut in place of Melican but doubt it, particularly against Geelong at the Cattery.
Co Warner or Clearly may also come under consideration to replace Cootee. Would like to see Dattoli get a call up soon, as i think he'll step up.
Amartey has gotten the marking and goal kicking yips of late. Maybe feeling pressure of his contract tug of war? McLean has that crash pack marking ability, which the current talls seem to lack.Comment
