    Was the hunger back?

Because I could not see it is hard to tell, but I am a little disappointed that Port were not buried last night. Was the hunger back or was it again a case of kicking a few in front and then sitting back and just doing enough to win?

They looked like they wanted it. I really dont get it. Jolly said after the game that they (the team) had ticked off all the KPI's but I think thats bollocks. If they had, they would hane won by alot more, like they should have.

More just a bit peckish rather than real hunger...

No, the hunger only comes back when we win after a loss.

The comment I heard last night was that teh second half the Swans played non-attacking football to get out of the game unscathed. It seems to me that is their plan in general not too get too many injuries in such games.
This has its merrits as long as you win games. We'll see how is that going to work against the Dees and the Cats (not that I don't rate others).

I actually thought their around the ground stuff showed hunger and desire to run.

The kicking for goal was the difference. Had we kicked 6 more, then we would have smashed them nicely.

Mick, Baz, Schmidty and Goodesy all missed open goals. You can get away with it against Port, but the Dees will bury us if we don't fix that stuff up.

The hunger was definitley back. How they played last night, they has the hunger and was determined to win back to back. Great to see them play like [almost] their premiership winning form. It was just unfortunate they couldn't convert all their hunger onto the scoreboard. Just silly misses...from easy shots...

Plenty of hunger but inaccuracy is a bigger problem.

think someone just jumped on the bandwagon as it rolled by after last weeks win against Richmond.

I'd say Goodes was looking pretty hungry out there.

Innaccurate kicking hid the demolition job we did on them in the first half, and the poor conditions in the second half probably knocked another 30 pts off our scoreline.

We were up and about. Just not kicking straight.
