    Recruit a ruckman

    Which one serves us best:

Gardiner - Sydney may not be the place to dry out.
    Everitt - Old and disruptive
    Keating - Injury prone.

Still Everitt. If he can stay on the field I reckon we could win another flag.

His tap work on the SCG would be amazing. Clearance to goal in 8 seconds. The reason that Mitchell is considered the clearance king is because of Everitt. He will also turn Jude into a brownlow medalist

More importantly, where is the Ryan O'Keefe option?

... only bad boys from St Kilda!!

Including Spida ... had he come to us in the first place instead of going to the poos&wees.

Edit ... I'd vote on the none of the above button (if there was one)

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

                    I think Gardiner. Two reasons:

                    1. It will piss off the weagles fans.
                    2. He needs to come to club with a better chance of winning a flag.

I will be a member again when I return.

Why would anyone trade for Gardiner? As a human being he has no redeeming features. His type of Leopard doesn't change its spots. He is a grossly overrated footballer.

There is a thing called respect, and I doubt any player from another club would have a shread of respect for him if drafted to their club. How could you possibly trust him.

The new coach would be dreading the phone ringing at some unearthly hour.

of those, everitt but i'd far prefer someone under 25 with potential. we have two good senior ruckmen plus an all-australian ruckman (the rules changes have come into effect and ruckmen are getting injured far less frequently) plus lrt who can ruck part time with vogels coming in as a forward/back utitlity.

mind you, sheedy got an excellent years service from the big fish.
then again, i think it would be worth trying 15-16 players on field so what would i know
