I watched the last Q of the 2005 GF on Sunday night and have got to say Jude's quarter was pretty good. He hasn't had a sniff since though. If a club in Melbourne still rates him then let them have him I say. Who's going to do the player interviews for the club mag is the big question.
I would be disappointed to see Jude Bolton go from our club as he still has a lot to offer and he still goes in hard for the ball and is one of our most consistent players
He did not have a great year this year but so did a lot of the 2005 premiership side
I think he needs another year at the Swans next year and see how he goes and if he has another bad year then let him go but not next year

If we leave it to next year we wont get anything for him if he has another bad year, thats why roos would be talking him up, they see it as trade him this year and get something for him or leave it and you'll get nothing for him later on with maybe a possible delisting and placing in a PSD. A player has only a limited time as decent trade bait and thats how clubs look at it, this year reminds me so much of 98, trade for higher picks in a weaker draft in the hope we pick well and get some good ones, cant really argue with that it worked for us before, we got 2 future premiership players(bolton, fosdike) and a player that could have been very good if not for injurys.
