The highlight of McLarens 300 game umpiring career.

Scott McLaren, the ump we all love to hate, says that the highlight of his umpiring career was officiating the 2005 GF and adjudicating Leo's premiership saving mark.

He said his highlight was officiating in the 2005 premiership thriller between West Coast and Sydney, including adjudicating that memorable mark Sydney's Leo Barry took in the dying seconds of the match to give the Swans the premiership.

Terrible decision as usual. Kennelly was hanging on to Sampi's jumper and a free should have been paid to West Coast.

    Happy 300th Scott

I thought McLaren's highlights were his poor umpiring decisions in every other Swans games he's umpired.
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore

Umpire McLaren sends the ball into the turf. Ball knocks it wide of the pack. Buchanan has it in traffic! He got it to the left! And he puts the Swans in front!
Yep. The 2005 Grand Final is my favourite McLaren game, too.
