    Swans target Cats

The Swans are expecting to use the two tall timbers approach that swamped Fremantle to upset Geelong next weekend

i bet the cats are worried.

Scarlett ever been beaten by hall?

I think the swans should try the stop talking crap in the media approach this week.
Theres not much left to say

I think they might be trying to get more people through the turnstiles and a big profit making crowd than trying to psych fear into Geelong. 20,856 (or whatever it was) was our smallest home crowd for quite a while. They would be hoping for 60,000+ on Saturday night. They need to overcome poor form by the team, freezing cold nights and the Olympics live on TV to get that. They should be trying to hype this game up all week.

The two-pronged attack is probably the way to go if it helps to straighten us up, they tried to play on more quickly last night but still over-used the ball. With every extra possession the chance of a turnover increases, and we all know that Geelong are very good at scoring goals from opposition turnovers. I'd give us a fighting chance, but we'll probably lose by around 6-8 goals, similar result to the game at Skilled.

the tall attack is all good and well when Fremantle allow you to take uncontested (and contested) marks in the F50. Our crumbers will need to be onsong because Scarlett, Harley and co will be bringing that ball to ground more often than not and we'll get slaughtered on the rebound.

This "tall timbered approach" beat one of the bottom sides by 4 points.

It's being played at ANZ Stadium.
So this game will attract a very high "interest rate" .

Is there an emoticon for "groan" ? :-)

                          Typical RWO negativity.

This coming H&A game, as unlikely as it is, can make our season.

Beat Geelong, sew up 4th, put the fear in the cats come the 1st v 4th final.

There is no other remaining H&A game in the season that can cause so much re-writing of scripts. Every team will be hoping we pull it off.

                          Who knows. Dare to dream.
