I would have thought asking for a trade from a Melbourne club to Sydney demonstrates the same.

The point is well made by Bob. We learn about loyalty in our formative years, many of us wearing the red and white and following the club through thick and thin. Some apparently don't experience this. It shows.

The point was that "O god do we have to talk about him again" Dad played for two clubs that apparently the flower of his loins chose not to follow when a tiny tot. No comparisons here that i can see.
