    Ruckman - Should Spida Retire

When hopefully Spida Retires at the end of this year we will have a shortage of rucks in that we only have 2 full rucks in Jolly & Currie, should Jolly become injured early in the season we would have people like LRT & White trying to ruck, so should be seek out a fringe ruckman from another club such as Mumford from Geelong or Brad Moran from Adelaide?

If Moran was to leave Adelaide so quickly we shouldn't touch him either way.

As long as Sydney aren't stupid and try and recruit Jeff White from Melbourne.

          Please dont do it.

I wouldn't say no to Jeff White, but on a few conditions -

He mustn't cost us anything. We get him free through the pre-season draft.

He should only be our 3rd string ruckman (purely for injury cover), behind Jolly and Currie.

The only possible reason Everitt is getting a game is that it is written into his contract that he plays every game if fit. Then again he plays every game as if he is unfit.

We could maybe think about adding another ruckman to the rookie list.

I can't remember Spida playing a decent game for us this year.

It's not your memory playing tricks on you.
