Port Pirie youngster playing with the big boys

Another quality swans article and this time, on the up and coming star Lewis Johnston - Port Pirie youngster playing with the big boys

Australian kids everywhere dream of making it to the AFL one day and playing alongside their heroes. This dream is ever so close to being a reality for Lewis Johnston.

Taken at pick number 12 by the Sydney Swans in the 2008 National Draft, Lewis is now training with the likes of Adam Goodes, Daniel Bradshaw, Jude Bolton and Brett Kirk.
Lets hope he makes a great impact and Bradshaw has taught him well -
He looks up to experienced key forward Daniel Bradshaw most at the Swans. ?I get along very well with him? Lewis said.

?We play a similar kind of role and he helps me out with leading pattern, body work and other little things to beat my opponents?.

I would like to add that Hair Bear is a favourite of mine. He has steadily improved, and has serious potential. Doing really well this year, considering 2009 was a write off with his foot problem; moonbooted all year.

LJ must be extremely close to playing.

        Probably has been told already.

Would love to see him get a game. Reckon he would add a bit too.
