    Hall to return to Sydney

    Allegedly!!

    Hall may consider Giant leap

WESTERN Bulldogs forward Barry Hall could make a shock switch to Greater Western Sydney for the 2012 season. The Giants stunned many Swans fans last year by signing the club's former inspirational skipper Paul Kelly to their staff - now they are considering chasing Sydney's 2005 premiership captain, Hall, for their inaugural season in the AFL.

GWS chief executive Dale Holmes admits Hall's profile in the city could make him an attractive proposition.
    Would make an interesting derby!!

They'll need space in the dressing room for his zimmer frame though.

..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

LOL. I suspect 2011 will be his last season playing top flight AFL.

Probably right Liz but he was excellent in 2010, certainly nowhere near finished. But yeah I'd be staggered if he plays for the Giants. Journalism gets worse by the day.

Just another stupid article by a journo trying to figure out which players could link to GWS. I doubt there's any basis in this little fantasy whatsoever...

I'd be more worried about talk linking the likes of Keiren to them.
Hall.... Who cares, he's not one of ours anymore so we're not losing anything.

                  Good grief.
                  It MUST be the off-season.

Blind Barry won't be playing in 2012.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Actually Barry was on the news the other day saying that this year would most likely be his last because the Dogs probably wouldn't want a player of his age on their list next year (or words to that effect).
If he wants to play on for another year, GWS would be crazy not to rope him in.
                    Just fo rthe publicity alone.
They're not gonna do much performance wise anyway, and a player with his experience would be a big asset on the field you'd think....

it's actually not possible as Jack is signed till the end of the 2013 season. He resigned a 3 year extension deal at the end of this year
