Thank god there is a few players that find robert walls to be one of the most pessimistic people in the afl media.
Only person i have heard him something positive about is carlton players.
we have got our wish.no ch 10 next year.i won't miss walls, hudo, christian or lloyd.hope they don't get new jobs
9 live games on Fox... Chances are we still might cop this lot next year. (don't mind huddo though)
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC
Lloyd's a good caller. Sounds as thick as two bricks but he actually says a lot of smart things.
Interestingly, I watched the replay last night and focussed on Lloyd's comments and he mentioned a few subtle things that also occurred to me at the game. eg. When LJ went the punch instead of marking the ball, I gave the guy next to me an almighty serve for slagging LJ. I told him that he's a 2nd gamer FFS and he had 400 games of experience standing a few metres from him (Tadhg and Jude) who just stood there with no talk and never let him know he was clear. Lloyd mentioned exactly that same point on the telecast.
Lloyd was in the final of my 'most despised players' list and he does sound like he belongs in a special school, but I'll be listening with interest in the future.
Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09

I wouldn't mind hearing more of Lloyd. Of the 3 Age tipsters in the Footy Guide, he seemed to have easily the clearest understanding of where we are. Robby had the worst.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
