I have to agree that not throwing the ball back immediately as required was the dummest move at a critical time anyone could have done. The Umpires were just waiting to pounce and we were gone after that play. Terrible football from one who should know better ! Such a shame as I thought we had them up to that point.

He looks to have lost a lot of pace. Where he used to run forward of the play to open up space he seems to be rooted to the half back flank and works in a very small area. Whereas, even up until last year, he was able to think through situations and break the lines, now he is fumbling, turning the wrong way and handballing to fresh air. All symptomatic of a player coming to the end of his career.

Stupid error from kennelly, but that was one of a number of very harsh calls against us today. Then when you add on the 80 metres + '50' it really hurt. The problem with Kennelly is playing in the back line, when you make bad errors, they often look really bad as they lead to goals. He has given away far too many goals through silly errors this year, and I think to be honest he is finished as an AFL player. Too slow in both legspeed and mind (which were two great assets in his prime) and he is looking more and more like a list clogger and nothing else to me.

I was a huge fan but he lost his attacking edge awhile ago but he has tended to compensate with bizarre Leo Barryisms which come unstuck more often than Leos! He was never great defensively.

interestingly John was quizzed recently as to why the Swans had not signed on Kennelly as yet and Johnny said he wanted to see him string some good games together in a row

i think we will keep TK on but for half the contract !..................to witch he may then decide to go to GWS

                Smithy, Grundy, Mattner
                AJ, Ted, Mal

My guess for 2012 we will see the above 6 plus LRT, LJ, Everitt, Spangher, Campbell chiming in when needed

Poor game from TK, but it seems not alone. Questioned on why we cannot beat good teams at the AM today, Leigh Tudor said that poor decision making out of defense and into attack has killed us all year. He also aimed bricks at our forward line (with the exception of Sam Reid) for not working hard enough to present for the ball.

Wasn't trying to be mean to Sam just pointing out that Tiger probably wasn't our least effective player. He has played some very good games this year but some people feel he doesn't belong because of his sojourn back in Ireland and can't wait to whack him because of it. AND i'm not saying your one of em Al.

He's one of my favorites and bloody nice bloke to boot. (have had a few personal interactions and he's an utter gentlemen) It saddens me to see the bloke struggling it really does.

I saw the hands in the back , and I assume it was for the same reason, not giving the ball back quick enough.

Jesse actually asked the umpire what the decision against him was for. Are we not allowed to do that in today's modern game, are we?

I have so much to say. And like the game, I just can't be bothered.

I am shutting up shop for a week.
