Open Training Session Monday 12 September.

So there we were, a massive crowd of five, having a fine old time. Had our pick of the seats. The sun was shining, the grass was green, the sky blue, and the boys were having a fine old time.

Lots of happy faces. Hard work being done, especially by the Ressie mob and toppies. For some reason the skins sessions were moved away from my neck of the woods. mean I call it.

Hanners tried to do some handball work, but Stuey spotted him and gave him his marching orders.....some blokes.....

The skills session was fascinating. Fun but hard.

Nearly everyone was on deck. Fair bit of 'bandaged' legs out there, but that would be normal.

Chatted to a few. Major mention by Jude of the supporters at the game in Melbourne, they couldn't believe the mob down on the fence. A big UP to you guys.

Interesting to note the change in smoothness of the training sessions from the start of the year on the part of the ressies and toppies. Looks like practice works (wish I had known that when I tried to learn the piano).

Thanks for yet again going and reporting Miss Prims.
I know that its a massisve effort on your part. (Yeah, right!!)
Don't know what we'd do without you.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Both knees are right to go, that's a relief...

I read that as the Rooster having two right knees and I thought that could be a bit awkward.

It could be argued that he does have two right knees? Or two left ones?

Friend of ours has the camera and lens - sitting with us and a mad supporter anyway, and he just hands it over to Matthew and says go for it.

Most of the boys were limping a bit, but all of them seemed more than happy to just get out on the grass and put in a session. It was broken up a fair bit, ending up with some off to the pool, and some down to the bikes. Some were wearing those satelite thingys. Gawd they can talk. You would think they would be sick of each other by now, but no, chat chat chat. Jude and Peb are hard trainers. I wish MykePyke was playing. He is leaner than he was, he can MOVE, and now he can kick a goal on the run.

You would barely know who were seniors and who were ressies and who were toppies except perhaps for size. In the main they were all training together, all very inclusive.
