    TLM Count - Round 6-7

    Round 6 v Carlton, SCG

Brownlow Medal 3:Chris Judd (CA) 2:Ben McGlynn (SY) 1:Jarrad McVeigh (SY)

The swans started well, not only outscoring the Blues, but Jack was keeping Judd very quiet. 12 behinds in a row from both teams including a goalless 2nd term was not something the fans enjoyed. Unfortunately an ankle injury to Jack forced him to leave the ground, thus releasing Judd from his shackles. The swans couldn't hold on as the Blues kicked away in the last term.

McGlynn kicks 4 goals, while Kennedy and McVeigh led the possession count.

    2-2-1

    Round 7 v Bulldogs, Manuka

Brownlow Medal 3:Ryan OKeefe (SY) 2:Matthew Boyd (WB) 1:Adam Goodes (SY)

Nathan Gordon made his debut, on and off the ground. We also welcomed Pyke and Johnson back into the team.
The bulldogs stunned the swans by kicking 3 striaght goals before the swans even looked like scoring. The swans rallied and reeled in the deficit, and proceeded to 2.5 quarters. The dogs certainly weren't done with and outscored the swans in the last, but were unable to grab the lead, with Gordon kicking his first goal.

Swans by 8. Pyke, O'Keefe and Pyke kicked 2 goals each, O'Keefe led the disposal count.

    3-2-1.

I recall Pyke kicking two goals against the Dogs, but I don't remember Pyke doing it...

        Whoo hoo.

I love a lead that changes every two minutes!
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

I had to double check that myself.
Had a big game, did young Pyke.

He kicked one after the QT siren from a set shot and one off the deck in the dying seconds of the 3Q.
