BTW I hope our crowds for the next few games exceed 22k as that's a reasonably poor turnout for us, although I understand Easter will have affected numbers somewhat..
    Hi All,

I hope you all enjoyed the match on Saturday. How good was it to have footy back at the SCG?!
Apart from a few nervous minutes in the third quarter, it was great to get another win on the board as well.

I'm really glad to hear you all enjoyed the new Red Zone. We haven't been able to find anywhere suitable just yet for after match functions, but we haven't given up. As soon as we can lock in a location, I'll let you all know. If anyone has any concerns about reserved seating, as always - just call the team on 1300 663 819 and they will do what they can to help.

It was a great crowd on Saturday. Believe it or not, the game was very close to selling out. We only had 400 platinum tickets left to sell by the time the match started. GA and Gold had all sold out which was a great result. All those empty seats were members who couldn't be at the game. I'm sure there were lots of members away for Easter and the start of school holidays, but don't forget - if you can't make it, you can put your seat up for re-sale or pass your membership on to friends to use for the day. With the reduced capacity for the next two years, it is looking like seats at the SCG will be in high demand!
Likewise, if you want to bring people to a match this year, make sure you buy your tickets in advance!

Thanks everyone. Can't wait to do it all again on the 22nd April against the Roos!

Hi Jenny, I rang this morning and dealt with Bec, an absolute pleasure and helped my little group relocate.

Congrats to you and the team for the way you handle complaints and enquiries

So what's the capacity for the SCG at the moment? 22k and it was close to a sell out, granted there were quite a few absent members.

The SCG looked good on Telly with a whole bunch of people packed in ( albeit at one end of the ground). Seemed like a good atmosphere, I imagine it would be fantastic with a full crowd all over the ground. I hope I get to experience that one day.

It was a good crowd, a lot of red caps around!

Very noticeable last Saturday. The sea of red and white looked fantastic.
