    GWS v Suns

Hoping GWS get up but I'm afraid the Suns are just starting to get the upper hand. I hope GWS come out firing after half time. I don't want the Suns to win better a Sydney side than them!

Well done to the Giants. Now waiting for someone to release the polka version of the GWS theme song.

I am happy for the Giants! Congrats to GWS on their first win. Now let us start the great rivalry and two good Sydney sides means success. The Suns are the Dockers of Qld, offer so much but deliver nothing. They are soft when it counts and I think they have recruited all flashy players without enough tough to go with it. GWS on the other hand are hard and in there and at it. They don't mind a stoush either. Liked their effort today especially the way they finished them off!

They nearly brought the bloody grand stand down with the song they were so loud. They are proud kids, be scared! But be happy to have two good sides here!

That was so good to see and hear. If they keep showing that passion the new rivalry will be a ripper! Can't wait.

They're playing with more passion than us at the moment *sigh*

But yes, it was great to see.

Nice to see at least one of Sydney's teams win yesterday ... *sigh*.

Congrats, GWS. Please win round 12 too, and handily.

I know it's unlikely, but wouldn't it be something if the Giants knocked off Collingwood in Round 18 at Skoda Stadium??? Then the heat would really be on us to beat them in Round 20!

It was so pleasurable watching the GWS celebrations after the final siren. Thrilled for the team. It was obvious from the way they played that they wanted this win. Well done.

It was quite the game to watch on tv. Very even, hard contest, some great marks and flowing play. Both teams have some real goers and in a few years........
