    Tony Armstrong on Triple J

Was dropping my kids off at school this morning and we heard "Louis" on Triple J's Tom and Alex breakfast show.

    TOM AND ALEX-ERCISE 2012 | Tom and Alex | triple j

He claimed that Rhyce Shaw is a music Nazi who controls the locker room sound system.

He also got out-planked by Elyse Perry (Aussie cricketer and football player).

Representing the club with aplomb, our boy came across as a real nice kid and a bit of a hipster with some cool indi music on his playlist. Well done.

I believe the articles of association of the leadership group guarantees the right to listen to Lenny Kravitz at any time. Except for Goodesy who's a big Glee fan.

Tony on the radio! I would say he is a certainty to start this week.

I dunno, isn't he a Malceski-esque player? He's been pretty good this season. I guess it would depend on the other ins and outs as to whether he's included. I like him but there are other ins I'd prefer such as Walsh, Pyke, Gordon.

He's a VERY Malceski-esque player and while I like him a lot, the coaching staff need to be very wary of the opposition pulling both of them back near goal in a defensive role...

"Malceski-esque" is such a nice word to say.

We are playing the Dees The selection panel might just decide to give a few blokes a rest and play some of the boys doing well in the 2's.

Not too many I hope - look what happened last time we sauntered casually into a game against Melbourne.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

That was last year and they were better then than they are now! The again we didn't have AJ, Hannas, Lukie, TDL, Pykie, Smithy and quite a lot of others! We did have Goodsie but he had a @@@@e game!

How often do you see the 2's? I see them if they are playing before the seniors and I hope to see every streamed game. I didn't see last week of course as nobody did who didn't go up for the game. I don't see Armstrong as the same sort of player as Mal at all. Similar certainly but there are crucial differences. Armstrong can pinpoint a player in the centre of a pack with a pass straight to the chest. Mal while good can't do that. Armstrong can kick a 50 - 60 metre pass right down the guts to a players chest and Mal doesn't dare that unfortunitely. He used to!

Oh I thought Malceski was one of the reasons we had so many inside 50s, there's some sort of stat where he generally gets the ball out of danger for us, and I thought Armstrong was playing a similar role for us in defence against Norths. If he's got such a good boot on him, I hope he does well for us!! Didn't Buchanan lay one on him during the game? He has a habit of roughing up Swans players!

Triple B has seen more ressies games than Hugh Hefner has seen bunnies.

I've even sung him a few songs to entertain him during the breaks.

PS. I'm still working on getting the vocals right of that Celine Dion song you liked so much last time.
Nothing like a good light bulb moment.
