Saturday night's match against Collingwood is a genuine blockbuster, the likes of which we've not seen in Sydney for years.
Collingwood have had our measure for a long time now. Our last victories against them - in 2004 and 2005 - were very narrow, and even then, they had more scoring shots than us. It's been one way traffic ever since with depressing predictability.
There were encouraging signs last year in our NAB Cup match against them, and then in Round 14, but it was not to be.
However, I think that this year will be different, because we have a new game plan that's working well. We're not playing the same style of football that Collingwood are used to seeing from us.
As someone noted on their own fan forum, they've beaten us ten times in a row, and we're going for our 10th consecutive win. It should be a ripper.
Hang on to your seats. This time, we're going to win.
