I'm starting to get excited - watched the Micky O ad earlier and just need to get uni exam tomorrow out of the way then can really start getting pysched up for it! Wish I was jumping on a plane on saturday to go to Adelaide to see the boys, but not to be - but I am looking forward to see what we can produce in the finals. We are good enough, if we truly believe it and play to the best of our ability. Come on you Bloods, show us just what you are made of!!

    # BELIEVE - SWANS 2012!

We are PROUD of all your efforts in 2012. To finish in the TOP 4 is a magnificent achievement. Well done.
The Swans culture does NOT take them to the bottom of the barrel to scam the early draft picks.
Weary bodies are hugely revitalised by a win.
Winning is the best drug goin around.
You will feel much better for at 5.30pm on Saturday !!! You CAN DO IT.

Nah We don't need silly like cliched crap like Carlton. They have been 'coming' for four years now. Might explain why they look so tired.

We just play hard contested footy.

+1. Well said. Whatever happens, what a wonderful year. To finish home and away 16-6 and in those games having beaten Freo, North, Hawks, Essendon, Geelong, West Coast, St Kilda and Carlton. The only team (other than Freo) to beat West Coast at home two years in a row. Beating Essendon in Melbourne, Hawks in Tasmania. What a thriller the Geelong Friday night game was. What great wins the Hawks and West Coast wins were when we were at poor odds to win according to the experts. Whilst I can't find a way to say something positive about the losses, it is good to get recognition for a new game style and for playing exciting football, with many outsiders rating the recent Hawks games as one of the top 2 or 3 games of the year (even I would have to say Hawks v Cats was the best game objectively so far). Right now we might not get much credit, but we could easily have had another 3 wins against the other top 4 clubs (saying that we could have dropped the Essendon and Geelong games as well with a bit of bad luck). So all up, wow what a season!!!

Good luck to the players and more so to the fans, bugger this is a stressful time of year!

In the words of the great Allan Jeans..
"In every game there is going to be a crossroad and when you get to the crossroad you either step up or step down".

For the Swans we've come to a couple of crossroads in games this year and haven't moved forward. It's time for the team to take that step up.
Find and rekindle the bloods spirit and burn our opponents!

                I love September!

Well I've come home from Queensland where I'm currently working for this. Bing an Adelaide boy, nothing matches beating the Crows as this town is unbearable if they win.

Got my ticket for the game and I'm crossing absobloodylutely everything to help us get up.

If we let them get cheap goals or the umps gift them goals because of the rabid crowd I will spew.

Go Swans, do us proud and give yourselves a week off.
