    Unexpected, even odd, combinations

    Just read Nic Smith's end of season wrap.

    He is heading over to San Fran with Heath Grundy and MikePyke. Now. Did anyone see that combo forming an alliance at any stage?

    I get Mal and Shaw, they are naturals. And Hanners and anyone. But....
