Dre .........does he look like a different footballer ?

Dr Dre has certainly lifted in his intensity on the field in the NAB Cup

He and Jessie appeared to make 2nd and 3rd efforts to shut down plays

Im hoping it is a year we see the Dr rise up and stake a claim for a spot in the 22

I noticed that he's definitely bulked up through the chest and arms, looks more like a footballer now. Can see him getting even more game time this year across HF.

      Yeah good improvements!
But I've been most impressed with White, he's efforts, fitness, vision ect.
I think nearly being traded has opened his eyes and while everyone was away uploading photos of their holidays, he was uploading photos of his proteins and what not, I think he has a new attitude which is great.

Also good signs from Armstrong, looking more quick and dangerous.

Parker looking like he's getting back to his early 2012 form.

Jake Lloyd and Towers looking promising aswell!

I'm fairly excited about our depth and can't wait to see who pushes in for a senior selection!

Everitt looks no different to me. Depth player who has game time in the NAB Cup. A miracle if he develops anymore. Not hanging my hat on him going to another level.

Yeah, he's looking stronger, more involved, more intense. Hopefully he's finally hit that physical and mental mark that allows him to take advantage of his great skills and athleticism.

White is also looking like a player. Strangely enough, he looks much more comfortable as a mobile ruckman than as a key forward. Perhaps that will be the answer going forward. The way he and Pyke combined made me legitimately question Mumford's place in the side, which I never would have thought possible. Obviously I still have Mummy ahead, but if they keep playing the way they're playing...
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

He could become somewhat important this year given we've lost AJ. If ye goes forward LRT can go back.....
Or possibly he could hold that third tall in defence role...His penetrating kick could be more than useful out of defence.

              Snap.
You channeling comments I made a couple of weeks ago at the intra? Said I thought he had bulked up and looked stronger, and definitely more focused and determined. I have hopes for the young man.

Yes this was my impression of him also. It remains to be seen whether he can carry this over into the season proper, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's one of the big improvers this year.

Nope - still remain to be convinced. i will believe it when he or Jane can take a mark above their heads. Jesse is the prime example that muscles and physique do not mean you are going to be a good player. Neither of them have the mongrel between the ears. I predict that they will both perform well in the magoos, then get promoted, then play a couple of disappointing games before being dropped. The cycle will then repeat...
