    Lambies qtr !

I thought Jed looked fairly comfortable out there given the circumstances and the momentum with the Hawks

I would like to see him get a little more game time asap !

I was skeptical of Lamb in the NAB cup, mainly because of his endurance, but he's looking really promising! Looks like we can make another great midfielder! I'd love to see him keep his spot.

he actually reminds me of Dane Beams in the way he plays ie his general way he moves around the ground and kicks etc

He's certainly shown a bit of spark. There's a big difference between coming on for a quarter and showing a bit and being good enough to play like that for an entire game, but it's good to see him taking his chances as they come. He's had his problems with consistency, but he has a lot of potential as a genuine inside/outside midfielder with plenty of class.
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

He is one we should be putting time into in the firsts.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

I agree that Lambie looks very comfortable out there and it was a good pickup thru traffic in the last quarter, pity he missed the goal. He looks a player of the future. But I have read a couple of times that there is an issue with his endurance, so he can only be a sub for now. But endurance will come after a few more pre-seasons.

I'd be loin if I didn't put my $'s in for the Kg's. We'd be chumps not to put him in, he's got legs that look like they'd go the full roasting so give him a chance I say.

In all seriousness he either has to go back to the 2's or get a full game as sitting on the bench will not get this chop closer to the shearing shed.
