A bruising victory for the Swans, against the hardened Bulldogs. The Bulldogs pressed the Swans with an unrelenting pressure only to be denied their victory by the Swans not allowing the Bulldogs
to break their structure or composure. Tippett was great with 6 goals. The swans struggled to break away from a muh improved Bulldog outfit until the end of the 3rd term with 3 late goals.
