I have been waiting for this moment for several years.
In 2011 I was engaged in a furious debate within this website about Swans fans booing the Western Bulldog Barry Hall. Noting Hall's contribution to the Sydney Football club, I posed the question: will you boo Barry Hall if and when he is honoured as Swans Hall of Famer.
I am delighted by the reception he received in accepting this well deserved honour. I still however remain disappointed and embarrassed by the boos Hall received from Swans fans in 2011 at the SCG.Comment

Article on AFL.com.au says Barry 'only found out about being inducted into the HOF during the function'. If this is correct does that mean that Barry was there for 'just' the Guernsey presentation and the Heritage List? Could we see more of Barry at Swans functions? So many questions.Comment

kinda made me feel emotional. I was really mad at barry when he made the bulldogs statement but to me it just seem like barry being petulant like a scorned lover.I just hope, well this does confirm in my mind, that the good stuff I did outweighs the bad.
