Yes Tadgh was great....but I always enjoy Laurence Mooney. I find him quite funny....a bit edgy for some I guess. His humour has courted controversy at times during his career.

I watched it this morning. He was very entertaining. How great were his highlights!

I laughed how after 17 years since the '05 Grand Final, an Eagles supporter had a sign saying that Sampi was held!

Toby Pink has just had his contact extended at the Roos. I'm happy for him.

I see that Gary Rohan fractured his skull playing in the VFL on Saturday and has to have surgery. Sounds a bit grim. End of season for him. And possibly end of AFL career as he is out of contract this year. If so, not a nice way to finish.

Buddy Franklin played in the premiership-winning, C grade Gold Coast basketball team the Mighty Ducks. Lol, just imagine — you roll out after work to work up a bit of sweat in a friendly game of basketball and find Buddy Franklin in the opposition team!

Jesinta posted some instagram photos of a family ski trip back a couple of months ago (when we had snow in tne ski fields). Apparently the first time in the snow for both Jesinta and Buddy. She was grumpy because Buddy strapped on the skis and off he went. Just a natural. Not surprising, he must have excellent balance.

Up there with the basketball team in Sydney a few years back that had Goodesy, Micky O and a few others in it. If I was the no hoper walking in to face that, I'd just shake hands, get an autograph and say 'I'm done' haha and walk straight back out lol. Talk about 'yeh naaa' when it comes to the actual game

I watched the second half the SANFL GF, which had a few ex-Swans running around: James Bell and Will Gould for Glenelg, and Matt Ling for Norwood. From what I saw, Bell went close to winning the Oatey Medal for BOG. He generally played inside mid and gave the impression that he was the hardest bastard on the ground: even if his disposal sometimes was a bit erratic. His tackling and attack on the ball, was one of the main drivers in Glenelg overcoming a four goal deficit.

The guy who won the medal, was the former Richmond KPF, Liam McBean. He clunked everything that came his way, kicked 7.0 and had me checking his age, to see if he's still draftable. Alas, he's 30.

Gary Rohan has been delisted by Geelong.

Probably not great news for someone who suffered a skull fracture in his most recent game, but he is 33 years old and I don't think he's done much this season.
