Has anyone received their swans membership pack yet? I thought it was being sent out in February but I haven't received anything and neither has my dad.

I was able to access my mobile membership card on the Swans app today. Instead of one card I had separate tickets for rounds 2, 4 and 5. You can save it to your phone via Google pay which I don't have so I just took a screenshot of it. I am sure more details of what to do etc will come shortly.Comment

The instructions in the email are very unclear and of course I had to reset two passwords to even get that far. Still no idea how to get the tix at this point.Comment

I just managed to access my tickets, and to forward one to the friend coming to the game with me on Sat.
Within the Swans app, I had to click the "more" icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, which brings up an option of getting tickets. Annoyingly it then asked me to login again, but once I had, both my membership barcodes were visible in the drop down menu. Select one (or the only one, if you have just one) and tickets for the next three games should appear. Click on the relevant game and the ticket should open.Comment

Accessed mine on app easily enough, saved them to my Apple wallet (on iPhone). Ready to rumble.Comment

Accessed tickets and saved mine to the wallet. I also transferred one ticket to my friend without any problems. The only suggestion I have would be to allow members to just have one pass for the season, rather than loading up a seperate one for each game. I don't know if the reason for doing that is that the AFL have not released details of games after round 6 due to Covid planning.

If they'd have told me in 1994 when we signed up that this would be happening 27 years later I never would have joined.
Even GWS, most of whose membership is 15 years old have cards. And the club is wondering why a third of the membership
from a couple years ago have disappeared. It's got nothing to do with losing too many games and Covid, it's stuff like this,
trying to turn us into "phone people" like rest of the corporate world is always trying to do.Comment

The suggestion a friend made to me is this is a Covid measure. Should we unfortunately have to once again limit attendance this could be achieved by programming the barriers to accept only certain ticket numbers.
