    O'Loughlin rewards Swans' hunch

    O'Loughlin rewards Swans' hunch

O'Loughlin says a premiership would cap off his greatest year in football. "Being named in the Indigenous team (of the century) was the highlight of my career because it's our team. Playing in a premiership side would be right alongside it."
Interesting! I've never heard a player put anything in football alongside or above a premiership. The indigenous team of the century must mean an awful lot to him.

Of course it meant a lot...they grew up watching and admiring the players they were named along with, and did you see those names! It makes them aboriginal immortals and their names will be read out long after we're all gone at the next Aboriginal TOTC dinner.
