    Magic - Deadly Award Nominee tonight

    The National Deadly Awards- honouring major achievement by aboriginal people in music, sport, the arts and in the community will be held tonight at the Opera House.

    The community votes are tallied online from around the country and Michael O'Loughlin has been nominated for the "Outstanding Achievement in AFL" category along with Aaron Davey, Daniel Wells and Andrew Krakouer.

      Michael O'Loughlin last night won the Deadly Award for Oustanding Achievement in AFL at the Opera House.

      When his name was mentioned as a nominee he got the biggest cheer and even bigger when he said in his video message why he couldn't be there last night.

      Nice Omen. It's all going Sydney's way this week. BBB not swinging, Delta singing, Magic winning!

              I think it's great that we can ignore his off-field mistakes and celebrate his professional achievement.
