Lets be really loud and Vocal for the Boys!

Had dinner tonight and then went to a bar at the Casino. I was shocked to see hundreds of Eagles supporters compared to only a handful of Swans supporters. They were also very vocal and one eyed (as a joke I cracked didn't go down too well). Apparently as all flights direct to Melbourne were sold some supporters flew via Singapore (how sick is that - International flight).

Now to get to the point, I really hopwe we drown their supporters out with our noise and support for the boys during the game. I hope we have more support at the game than them.

    GO SWANS!!!

Going from perth to melbourne via simngapore doesn't surprise me. One of my friends is an eagles member. The only direct flights she could get was to melbourne on the red-eye wednesday night and then back to perth on next tuesday evening. Cost - $3500!!!!
Looking out for good omens which can bring the Swans the 2007 premiership

My kids had chicken pox and they were all red and white, that's one

if ever there was a time to shout yourself hoarse and get behind the boys, it's tomorrow! Hopefully the South Melbourne fans will pick up a lot of the AFL tickets and we'll comfortably outnumber the eagles fans. But if not - we'll just have to shout louder!!

Just wait until you hear the noise coming from the sea of red and white in sections M32-M34. I intend to yell myself hoarse.

That's what we need! I'm in M34 as well, fully intending to be having serious difficulty speaking by the final siren!!

There's a lot of RWOers, including myself, in M34. It's gonna rock!

Just to add to this - as i walked along Collins Street yesterday heading for the office with my scarf on I kept bumping into huge groups of Eagles all over the city - in contrast i saw one guy in Swans stuff.

On the plus side there were a lot of neutrals yelling Go Swannies - so you have to think we will have more support at the game.

It's a much shorter trip down from Sydney don't forget. Alot heading down today and even tomorrow morning so there will be plenty of R&W around the city come tomorrow morning.

                I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

Hopefully we can all meet at Punt Road after the game to celebrate with the boys. In the meantime my voice is only just getting over last weeks game - Should be ready in time for Saturday.

Don't worry about that mate, we've got nearly 10,000 victorian members and I'm pretty sure nearly all of them would have got their hands on tickets somehow. I've got nine tickets, 4 seats, 5 standing room, and my bloodthirsty one-eyed South Melbourne supporting family are coming with me. My voice has only just recovered from last week and I won't stop screaming from start to finish tommorow. YAAAARGH!!! GO BLOODS!!!

There's an army of us Sydneysiders coming down for the game. It's huge news here too, more than it was in 96.
