Only that we won, Reggi!! (walked in as the siren went)... beat quenbeyan or someone.
177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....
Des' Weblog -
Only saw a bit more than Des, and yeah we did beat Queanbeyan - 15.20 to not sure what, but was 20-30 points. One thing I did notice was that Crawford and Thewlis have learned quickly how we do things at times in the SFC backline - they ran into each other and were both down for a couple of minutes!
I'm on the Chandwagon!!!
If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

We jumped them early and maintained around a 5 goal advantage for the whole game.
Ablett, McPherson and Seymour were non-starters.
Malceski BOG playing in the midfield for the first time that I have seen.
McVeigh - this guy is so clean with his hands. Still a long term project, I think no chance this year, but a LOT to like about him.
Fixter had a first half shocker. His timing was all out and couldn't keep his feet. But finally worked his way into it and his second half was EXCELLENT. May benefit from another run in the 2's, but would not surprise to see him come in for Warfe to counter Gellongs small forward brigade.
LRT rucked all day and was good without shining.
Buchanon OK but not outstanding.
O'Keeffe seemed a bit out of sorts to me. Thought perhaps carrying a niggle, but didn't dominate as he usually does in this company.
Stevens was servicable taking a few handy grabs, as per usual, but didn't put his hand up to demand selection back in the 1's. Just seems to be going through the motions. Perhaps a bit dispirited being in the 2's with the 1's forward line firing on all 8 cylinders at the minute.
Didn't do the stats as I arrived about 8 mins after the start. Damn 10am starts on Mothers Day are a bit tough.Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09Comment

and yeah we did beat Queanbeyan- Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in a world they've been given, than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact, it's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration, it's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing!Comment

Lizz - Sunny did play and was quite good.
Motorace - it was the same team who caned us at Homebush. However the side we put in today had 15 listed players compared to about 3 or 4 at Hombush.Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09Comment
