Leo. Most consistent across the four weeks.
      We hate Anthony Rocca
      We hate Shannon Grant too
      We hate scumbag Gaspar
      But Leo WE LOVE YOU!

toss up between kirk, Leo, Bolton and Kennelly but Kirk just gets it for his 3 quater time speech that lifted the swans against the saints.

            Buchanan.

While maybe not the best, I though Ben Mathews has a great series

Kirk, Leo Barry, Mathews, Buchanan, Kennelly and Ball for me!

For me, Jared Crouch was our best player across the 16 quarters.
Week 1: blanketed Matera; his run and long kicking got us going.
Week 2: our best 4-quarter player.
Week 3: kept Milne to 1 touch
Week 4: limited Judd's influence in the 2nd half, won some of his own ball as well.

The GF was probably his least-best game, but it was still a good one.

Monty would also be a worthy selection - had four good games.

I guess the thing here is that by and large our most consistent players were not the ones who are rated at the top of the list as far as talent and so on goes. And of course as we all know, it's those players towards the bottom of the 22 that win you flags by lifting and that's what happened.

Very hard to pick THE best player of the finals, but one of the most important was Jason Ball. We all know about THAT tap with 5 seconds to go against Geelong, but the benefits of having both him and Jolly to share the ruck load against St. Kilda, where they both dominated the hit-outs, and again against WC, where they at least broke even, were crucial - not to mention his tap-out again to Buchanan!

The effort against Cox in the decider was even more important given the great form of their big men - we needed both of ours to fire, and neither of Ball or Jolly let us down. A fitting way to retire - he ended his career in some great form, how everyone likes to go out.

I wholeheartedly agree. I would also like to add bring up the timely defensive marks taken throughout the for games. Especially against the Aints.

i cant pick one the team won as a team if that makes sense no real passengers.

I voted nick davis because without him there would of been no flag as far as im concerned.
Theres not much left to say
