Of course not! There'll be other opportunities (hopefully!).

I loved spending GF day in my living room! I have a tight-knit group of friends who I attend all our home games with and one of them couldn't go down to Melbourne because of a family comittment. So we all agreed that we would stay in Sydney and watch the game together. It was awesome!

I have no regrets about not going to the GF. I'm happy just to have been a part of the journey and to have shared it with my loved ones. That's why I love footy so much - it's all about the people and the memories. And who says you have to go the MCG to have great memories?

I can only speak for myself - what a day!! The most incredible sporting occasion I've been to. The MCG was fantastic (my first trip), and the atmosphere was incredible.

I was in M34, and to all those in 32-34; you were all fantastic - the passion and volume of our support just made the day complete. Every time the Weagles came back in to the game and their fans started making noise, they were comprehensively drowned out by the sea of red and white. Simply stunning.

Still in shock - can't wait for the parade on Friday to keep the feeling going!!

I saw a fantastic contest...a gut wrenching, nerve wracking, emotion draining and excruciating final quarter. The memory will stay with me for ever. What did it cost? Who cares...you can't put money value on those experiences.

It was a great thing to be at the game and witness up close the tough nature of the game and the nervess passion in the dying minutes. Nothing can top that from the past 23 years of my life and I'm sure it will take something out of this world to top it. Those who didn't go, don't be too upset because you all had valid reasons but nothing beats being there all the same

The crowd was in full voice and colour and the partying after the match in South Melbourne (docket rolls and big flags included) was out of this world.

I'll be honest. YOU SHOULD BE JEALOUS.
The best weekend of my life. The MCG is the best stadium in the world and having 91 000 screaming fans going through every single emotion you can think of in the biggest game of the year...man what a day!

You see any fornlorn upper class people from Cottesloe and East Perth wearing Blue & gold walking around Singapore on Sunday or Monday mate?

I hear Eagles fans flew as far as BANGKOK to get to Melbourne for the big day. I say, flew em on to Europe. There nobody will care that they arrived in Melbourne making SAD statements about winning by 10 goals or just being "way too good" etc

The GF was great and I would give anything to experience that feeling again. But the atmosphere , crowd reaction and elation when Davis kicked that last goal in the Geelong game was just as good.

                          In brief, Barry, yes.

I also had "buyer's grief" about what I shelled out in tickets, flights & babysitting. Now I know I would've been sick to my stomach if I'd missed. Greatest sporting highlight of my life.

                          And LRT was almost NSM!!

                            It was amazing.

My nephew summed up pretty well what we were all feeling with his quote of the day after the siren "I've been waiting my WHOLE life for this!" We all felt it, but coming from a six year old it was pretty funny

Flew in to Melbourne from Singapore on Friday and out on Sat. night. Must say it was worth every cent of it!
