Was expected but i admired his desire to make it after all the injury problems he had.
Good luck in the future Heath.Official Driver Of The "Who Gives A @@@@ As The Player Will Get Delisted Anyway" Bandwagon.

Yeah - definately a talent and one of those sad stories of FootballYou don't ban those who supported your opponent, you make them wallow in their loserdom by covering your victory! You sit them in the front row. You give them a hat! Toby ZieglerComment

Sad to hear that, but I guess it's one of those things. Unlucky sod, I was always a big fan of his talent.
I wish him all the best, I know he would have been as rapt as the rest of us at the premiership.
177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

I was there the night at the Dome when he cried on the bench after doing his hammy for the 89th time. Everyone in the stadium felt for him. We'll never know what might have been for Heath. Hope he has more luck in whatever he does next.Comment

I remember one of his first games when Kirky made his debut
against Norf at the SCG in 1998
really showed something
Gee what a sad story
he was being groomed to replace dunks
we have had some great players who were cut down by injury
Jamie Lawson , Wade Chapman, James, Fixter
Hope Doyle is not another oneSeptember 24th, 2005 5.14pm
What a great moment in all of our livesComment

Sad to hear that about Heath James, He had the talent that his ol' man had, but not the lack of injuries. When he was drafted, I always hoped that he would be half as good as Max had been, It's a pity we will never find out now.Does God believe in Atheists?Comment

Heath James was our great white hope in the years 00 to 04. He was earmarked to take over Dunkley's role at full back.
Really unfortunate that he didnt make it. I remember back in 2003 as we got near the finals, I hoped he'd be our wild card. Not to be.
The club must be commended on keeping him, but I guess the cold harsh reality is that he took up a space on the list, and it was a mistake.Comment
