    Kirk goes for sainthood

I was talking to Hayley Kirk tonight and asked if they were going away. She said they had a footy trip to Malaysia. I looked blank and she said "I'm going to Malaysia and Brett's staying home to look after our child. He said that he had the holiday last year so this year it's my turn and he'll be Mr Mum."

He's ruining decades of fine footy tradition.

Kylie (Barry Hall's girlfriend) and Barry are thinking of going to Canada at the end of the year.
Vicky Pollard: Oh my god I so can't believe you just said that this is like the time I threw Anita's nokia in the canal as a joke and she's like you have well got to buy me another one and I'm like get over it and then Paul came over who's adopted anyway and started saying that I fancy Mark Bennett but oh my god just because I have sex with someone doesn't mean I fancy them.

I don't think the Church hands out sainthood to Buddhists as a rule.

I thought she kept her maiden name?

But hell, can we clone Brett Kirk?

So you're saying he was sober when he said "I love each and every one of youse" on Sunday, and again yesterday when he said "phantasmagorical"? Alright, then.

Great guy regardless, next year's captain and deserved winner of the B&F. But will he get the TLM?

A friend of mine, who barracks for a non-Swans team for some reason, felt that Kirky has the power to act instantly like a drunk - for example, when receiving his premiership medallion just after the game.

Perhaps it's due to the multiple concussions he sustains every game?
