    Yes it does, to stand still means you go backwards.

    But in all honesty, the changes don't need to be major. A great tap ruckman in Spida and a bit more pace in the midfield with polished skills (Malceski, McVeigh, Willoughby) could mean we are able to get the ball within the forward 50, 5 to 10 more times a game on average which would benefit our forwards enormously.

    Out of that there is really not a lot that needs to be changed game plan or personel wise.
