Exactly, four years from now is when we start rebuilding as most of our stars will be either retired or 32+ years old. Right now is when we need to be ruthless with our list and do whatever it takes to stay at the top.

Agreed. I couldnt give a fat rats about 2009. 2006 is our best shot at a premiership since .... 2005! Seriously though, 2006 should be our recruitment departments sole priority.

I don't eat animals since discovering this ability. I used to. But one day the lamb I was eating came through to me and ever since then I haven't been able to eat meat.

It's conclusive. Trading away first round picks can't win flags.... oops... wait a minute...

Err NO,
That is exactly how you end up being Hawthorn !
You bring players thru every year and top up your squad, not let most of your group all end up the same age, that is sheer folly.

You should prob include Fosdike in that also, as from memory he was a priority (effective) 1st round. Also Nicky D ?

You misunderstand my point. I was refering to the fact that in four years Hall, MOL, Kirk and Leo will all be either too old or retired and as such this is when we will be forced to rebuild our squad rather than top up with veterans.

You should never be 'forced' to rebuild ala Hawthorn, and anyway Roos is too smart for that.
