    The Spirit of the Bloods

After watching the Roos Rnd II and Willo coming off with the Blood Rule. It struck me that the Swannies bled an awful lot this year.

    Questions

Who went off under the blood rule in 2005 and in what games?

Who was the most prolific bleeder in 2005? (Either by amount or number of times)

Do you think that invoking the spirit of the Bloods, literally, helped us bring home the Cup?

OK - yes - I am bored - 2006 seems such a long time away.

Kirk in the PF would have to have been the most prolific. His face was totally covered in blood.

I reckon Bally in the GF was pretty good too. As he ran off you could see the blood dripping off his chin...all sounds pretty gory doesn't it

I would have loved to see Roosy going around with the Swans Party Hat on during post GF celebrations!

Actually - would make a great Grand Final outfit.....

Party hat of white bandages and fake blood

I'd like to see the red and white army with the party hats for the unfurling of the flag next season!

There's an idea, when the flag is unfurled next season at the SCG, all RWOers should wear that as identification...and our tribute to"The Bloods"

I thought the Goal Umpires at the SCG a few years ago was fantastic, I reckon with enough people doing this it would be truly memorable...but would the televising TV network be able to work out what it meant?

All I have to do now is get to Sydney to be part of it if it happens
