    Classic Threads

Hawk Headquarters has a good idea that I think would be worth considering for RWO. They have a special section of their board devoted to classic threads. Instead of disappearing into the obscurity of the ether as they age, the best threads get linked to this section so they can be easily found later.

An example of such a thread is What was your reaction???????

Top idea! I reckon the Barrygate one would have to go in there too.

Great idea. I'm sure alot of Footyhead's threads would get in here. We should also make this a sticky.

The "what are they doing now?" thread should be included too.
          Bring it on!

Oh cow, I am CRYING with laughter at the pic. LMAO

I think the 'Classics thread' idea is a good one. It's great to go back and read stuff like the reaction thread. One would think it's a good year for classic threads

Threads like this should also be preserved for close review

HHHMMMMMMM...wasn't it in 2003 that we lost the PF? I can't believe that some "fans" can write off their team in April!!!!!

But having said that I think the classic threads idea is a good one...But...what makes a thread a classic??

Have a poll, two choices: classic or not. Closes after a week, requires a minimum of X (20 say) votes and a majority of votes for the thread. Let the masses decide.

The Hawks don't seem particularly discriminating about their "classics" - they've got 16 pages of them!!

This isn't the time to discuss heritage guernseys.

Guernsey, Friesian, whatever. I said sheepskin - not cowhide chaps: that's a completely different side of the web!
