I held the cup (2 photos) & had another picture with the GREAT TONY MORWOOD & another with Lucinda & Rebecca from the Swans Office - To see the Sydney Swans name on the cup was fantastic & there was nobody there. The cup was just on the counter - BLISS

So it's been engraved then? Wonder when it gets back to the Sydney office - I must go and see it! The closest I got was seeing it pass through the crowd at the Lindsay Hasset Oval the morning after we won.

I thought that too, we got photos with it on Grand Final eve at the AFL HOF and it had the "Won By __________" but I'm pretty sure I've seen pics of the team with it without the name on it until several days after the GF.

I thought so too, but when they announced on Ch10 (Iemma floggin it still with LRT and Willo) earlier this week that they were taking the cup around the state it was definately NOT engraved. So it's been done in the past few days I reckon.

When i was in the office i mentioned how scrathched up the cup was, the girls old me that when they got it back from the engravers they were told only to touch it with white gloves on, so it must have been done sometime while its been down south.

I went on thursday around 2 and the girls said every1 was kissing it thats why it was dirty they gave up cleaning it! that was my 1 and only time holding it.

My dad said that essendon charged to hold the cup and have a photo we get for free! YAY!

No it doesn't. I held it with Paul Roos the following day & it was not engraved. (when I can work out how, I will add this picture to my profile - currently it's my desktop). It also wasn't engraved at the Street Parade in Sydney (which I taped)
The Melbourne Office told me they engraved it & I beleive them
