I'm curious - what exactly is the policy and how do they enforce it.

LOL. The same way you would enforce it amongst your friends. They dont become friends unless they pass your juddgement from the first few interactions, and if they DO slip through, you get rid of them or tell em to shut up and shape up.Originally posted by singaporeswan

I beleive the club does a little psyche testing and one on one interviews with prospective trades and draftees. If they don't fit the profile then they are marked down.Originally posted by singaporeswan

While it seems to play a part in the recruitment process I doubt it would be the over-riding factor come draft or trade time.
One would assume if Judd was a complete looney he would still get through?

Or Gary Ablett (snr) - would not have passed a psych test and caused a lot of grief within the club, but would you play him?Originally posted by DST

Re: What is the ***head policy?
i was previously aware of the d***head policy, but now my mind races at the thought of the ****head policy as the great general perjorative selector against undesirables. i guess it covers the previously unmentioned s***head, @@@@head (not footyhead), a***head , b***head and c***head rules and some others that are only invoked in times of crisis.Originally posted by singaporeswan

no ?***heads - no stupid players
no e***heads - no players bent on world domination
