The point I was trying to make was that during the 2002/2003 seasons when Collingwood were actually winning games, the media and everyone else referred to everyone jumping on their bandwagon as the Collingwood Army, this is no different to the Swans, yet we manage to take the concept on negatively. Red Army sounds alright but instead of the Sydney Bandwagon, we should have the Sydney ....... (insert a synonym of army here)
    C'mon Chels!

Who cares if they are Melbourne or Sydney (or even) bandwagon ... The Bloods have done their part and delivered a Premiership ... It's up to us (already supporters) to turn those wannabe's (bandwagoners, late-comers, glory seekers - call 'm what you like) into paying Sydney Swans supporters. It would be much more appreciated by the club if you made an effort to convince the bandwagoners to join (and pay) then to smear them derisively with whatever you can throw at them ... And I hope Adelaide, Perth and everywhere else bandwagoners don't take offence at the two city tone in this poll.

No wait, that's a description of everyone in black and white at every game.
          I thought that was you.

I only have a black and white TV.

I understand this is known as the Tebbit Test after the English Tory MP that said Indian and Pakistani immigrants couldn't be considered true "Englishman" unless they supported the English cricket team.

                      A very sensible principle IMHO.

Don't care where your from or when you joined the bandwagon, everyone is more than welcome. HOWEVER its very bad form to hop off the when the wheels get a bit wobbly.
