    Wollongong - Premiership Cup Tour

The Wollongong leg of the NSW Premiership Cup tour has just finished. Difficult to estimate numbers but it took about 35 minutes in the line for autographs.

Leo, Amon, Sean, Jarad and Craig were all very generous with their time and willingly posed for photos.

Lots of kids with Swans gear so it looks good for the continued growth of Australian Football in the Illawarra.

    Cheers

Cool! Lucky you went! Did you take any photos, if yes, show us!
I was thinking about going at first but then i'll have to skip school (without my parents knowing... yes very evil ) and travel on the train all by myself (because none of my friends were willing to go) for 2 hrs to wollongong and get to the place wherever it is. lol.
Heros in our heart no matter what. GO SWANNIES!!! BRING ON 07!!!

Won't start a new thread. The Canberra leg was on today and was pretty good. There was about 300 kids there but prob only about 100 from the public, which was good cos I was able to get a photo of me holding the Cup with Leo Barry! Sweet mate!
Feel for the players having to sign hundreds of times, but they were welcoming.
I also noticed how short Leo is, I was about 3-4 inches taller than him! crazy...

      Monty still looks hungover.
That's the problem with modern day medicine - there's no more natural selection of the species.
No wonder there's so many Collingwood fans.

I was there too. The players were great - I watched them working through the lines of kids, making sure as many as possible got at least one autograph in the time available.

I was hoping for a full set of five autographs but didn't quite manage it - I decided it would be a bit too tragic to nip to the airport to ambush them there, so settled for going back to work on a high instead.
