Watched this last night & while it was lots of fun could they have found a less inspiring narrator?

Really, what would Bud Tingwell or Norman May charge to add some spark to the voice-over?

Really made me appreciate O'Loughlin's year.

Yes agree, and did you notice how early in the year alot of things Jarred McVeigh did resulted in goals. Lots of slick handballs and knock on's.

He certainly has the football brain, disposal skills and running capacity. Just needs to feel more comfortable with his light frame to get in and find the ball more often.

Despite what alot of other posters think on this site, he will be a very good player, just going to take longer than average before we see it due to his size.

I got up to the end of round 10 last night - hope to finish tonight.

Spotted myself in the crowd at Punt Rd (I'm the one wearing red and white) - and the richardhead in front of me who waved his flag every time I tried to take a photo.

I have just watched it in one sitting. Having seen Bevan in thr earlier rounds, I believe he did deserve to be in the GF side, although Vogels was stiff to miss out. When you see some of the brilliance of Davis throughout the year, Ablett, O'Loughlin, Hall, Barry, (even McVeigh in the earlier rounds) etc etc, is it any wonder we won the flag. What a buzz to see it all again, and the shivers were up and down the spine again, as well as the emotion of it all, particularly through the finals.

I finished watching it for the first time on Wed night. It was amazing how often Buchanan was involved in goals and how effective Davis was. Also showed how dangerous O'Loughlin could be yet his kicking was rather dodgy all year.

It's interesting how Hall and O'Loughlin complement each other with their differeing styles of play, Hall does well in the one on one duels whilst Mickey is great on the lead. Even though the two of them can play both styles, each has their own strengths and it makes for a good combination in the forward line, particularly when you add Davis, Goodes, Schneider, Buchanan, Ablett etc

Did anyone else notice the repeated error on this DVD? Every time Ball-up Benny's name appears in the goalkickers list, it is spelled Matthews.

I finally received my Victory Pack yesterday. I was late ordering and then they had run out (yada yada yada). Anyway, I watched this one.....and cried an absolutel river again!

Will I ever get over the emotion of 2005? I hope not.

                      I love the swans!
