    Darren Jolly VS Cats

I've been watching the first quarter. At one stage the hitouts were 12 to 3 in our favour. Jolly was amazing, Ball was stlll going strong. King was absolutely woeful.

How good will Jolly become? Could he be an all-australian before the end of his career? Will he relish the challenge of being number one ruckman?

Have to wait and see, but I can't see why he wouldn't continue to improve.

A disturbing thing about that game was how good Cam Mooney was. We'll see more of him in the ruck next year.
And yes, Jolly was an inspired draft choice.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

...except for that one wee ruck contest he lost near the end
