2005 Players that failed to deliver

"Also we have a few new players that are going to be critical in Jolly and Spriggs.

"Jason Saddington is returning from a knee reconstruction as well as Jarrad Sundqvist and Nick Malceski, while Nick Davis and Adam Schneider didn?t play much either last year."

Roos expects a solid season from key defender Saddington ...

Saddington and Spriggs were critical. Specifically it was critical that they didn't play.

You mean Saddington instead of Jolly I presume?

    I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

I seem to remember Jolly kicking a goal iin the Swans Premiership win.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way you'll be a mile away and he'll be shoeless.

Given the cleanout of players there aren't that many left on the list who disappointed in 2005.

Notable exceptions being big Stephen Doyle (who must be looking over his shoulder at Chambers) and I'd think that McVeigh needs to pull his finger out in 2006.

And speaking of high draft picks, I think that after two years in the 2's it's about time for Willoughby and especially Schmidt to fight there way into the senior side.
Jarred Moore is the same age and arrived a year after them and managed 5 games last year.

Other than that I hope Paul Beven gets over his second year blues.
